The model
How the skim works
Simple, transparent, configurable per year.
- 1. Each event has a charity skim percentage (set by the commissioner — 0% on non-fundraiser years).
- 2. Entry fees, mulligan packages, skins buy-ins, and 50/50 contributions all flow through the same Stripe pipeline.
- 3. The skim percentage is computed against qualifying revenue and published live in the admin ledger and on this page.
- 4. The check is presented to the beneficiary at dinner. Photos go in the gallery; receipts go in the year archive.
