Do I need a foursome to register?
No. You can register solo and the commissioner will match you into a team. Or sign up as a captain and invite three friends.
How does flighting work?
Teams are split into Flights A, B, and C by combined team handicap (six teams each). Winners are crowned per flight, plus overall low gross.
What if my handicap is sketchy?
Bring your real GHIN or your best honest estimate. The commissioner has final say if scoring later suggests a sandbag.
Can I pay at the door?
Online is strongly preferred — it locks your spot and your add-ons. Cash backup is accepted at the practice green for side games.
What does it cost?
Entry fee is set by the commissioner each year and includes cart, range, lunch, dinner, and prizes. Side games (skins, 50/50, mulligans, Calcutta) are optional add-ons.
Who runs the scoring?
Your team designates one scorer who enters strokes hole-by-hole on a phone. The admin can override anything if something looks wrong.
What about the loser's award?
We honor last place too. It's a wooden spoon. It's tradition.
Is the charity thing every year?
No — fundraiser years are designated by the commissioner with a configurable skim percentage. Non-fundraiser years still fund the prize pool generously.
